There is a beautiful Lake in the backyard with wildlife everywhere. Bird watchers welcome! Rotonda has 5 golf courses open to the public. The Amazing Englewood beaches are just 15 minutes away. The beautiful Gasparilla Island is 12 minutes away with fantastic beaches and wonderful boutique shopping in downtown Boca Grande. Local restaurants, grocery shopping, gas stations are all a quick drive away. Rent is $4,700 per month + 12% tax.  $500 security deposit due and $300 departure cleaning fee.  Cable and internet included.  THIS IS A NON SMOKING RENTAL PROPERTY.  SORRY, NO PETS!!
